A swag store designed to build brand presence & excitement.
OPPORTUNITY
Seismic launched its rebrand in the spring of 2022. Alongside the launch, Seismic’s CMO wanted to also launch Seismic’s own swag store. The ask of the design team was to create a playful daughter brand to Seismic that could excite customers, prospects and employees and build ambassadorship and brand recognition with its playful apparel and accessories.
Over the course of a month, Aftershock came to life with a brand identity system, website, apparel designs and photography assets.

RESULTS
Aftershock launched with its fresh name, visual identity, website, curated and designed apparel and accessory items, photography and design assets, and social posts. Since its launch, Aftershock has fulfilled over 4,500 orders and continues to be a source of joy and excitement, especially for Seismic employees and ambassadors.

The photography direction was simple, yet playful. I shot on a white sweep with blank apparel, the talent (i.e. friends and family members) showed off the colorful apparel with relaxed and comfortable poses. Since Aftershock is intended to be a fun, playful expression of the brand, I didn’t want the photography to feel too serious.
